Hello Fai, This is Lucy, of Fairy Tail - I know we haven't met or anything, but I wanted to congratulate you on your win. [ Considering Vlad was his rival, she would have preferred him or Ted, obviously. So if Ted had won the election, she'd have sent a message to Ted - even if she doesn't really like him that much (but then she barely knows him and is biased because he was rude and never apologized properly) ]

Also, I should bring something up that I just recently remembered. I would have brought it up to Ted if he won the election as well, but if you recall the incident Everglade's barrier weakened half a year ago, and all of those spirits came pouring in, you remember it was ..very difficult to get the barrier repaired. I spoke witih Genessia and Everglade's spirits back then, and I was told that Everglade's barrier is powered by fear - I'm not sure if the barrier weakened because people stopped being afraid, but - in the interest of keeping the people safe, it's something to keep in mind.
